Lutheran Volunteer Corps (LVC) logoSIT Graduate Institute and Lutheran Volunteer Corps (LVC) have established a partnership to recognize the spiritual and secular pursuits of social justice. This partnership highlights the values of both organizations in integrating the power of education and service as tools to promote greater understanding across cultures.

Benefits

  • Two scholarships of $10,000 each will be awarded each year on a competitive basis to LVC alumni.
  • SIT will waive the $50 application fee for LVC alumni.
  • SIT will also consider LVC service to fulfill our practicum requirement in conjunction with an SIT master’s degree program.

Eligibility

Scholarships will be open to current and past LVC volunteers who are accepted into an SIT Graduate Institute master’s degree program.
