Steffen Gillom

Steffen Gillom has been working in the fields of education, civil rights, and policy advocacy for more than eight years. He holds a master’s degree in peacebuilding and conflict transformation from SIT Graduate Institute and a bachelor’s degree in political science (pre-law) from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Steffen also holds a certificate in TESOL from Centro Espiral Mana and currently serves as president of his local branch of the NAACP. At the moment, Steffen is pursuing a PhD in marriage and family therapy from Antioch University New England. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, gardening, studying entomology, and advocating for the rights of marginalized people.
