Alejandra Araujo Romero

Alejandra Araujo Romero is from a small town in Jutiapa, Guatemala. Her teaching career began in 2005, when she taught children and teenagers at Guatemala’s binational center. She majored in political science at San Carlos University of Guatemala but chose to pursue a career in education. Alejandra has a master’s degree in TESOL from Marlboro College, in Vermont, USA. Her experience in the teaching field covers teaching children and teenagers; coordinating programs; training teachers for young learners, teenagers, and adults in Guatemala, South Korea, and Costa Rica; and designing curriculum for EFL courses for students of all ages and levels. She has also been a conference presenter.
