SIT TESOL Certificate Trainer
William is from New York City and has been teaching ESL for about eight years. He has a bachelor's degree in psychology and got his start in ESOL teaching with the SIT TESOL certificate program at Rennert in 2008 after spending some time tutoring in Bolivia. Since then, he has primarily worked in New York teaching immigrants at community centers around the city. William received his MA in TESOL in 2011; he also holds certificates in skills and principles of language teacher training as well as compassionate communication for educators. He became licensed as a teacher trainer by SIT in spring 2015. Of all his hobbies, William pays the most attention to his bike and his camping gear, both of which he enjoys using and making.
