Cheryl Pennie Williams has over 15 years experience working in higher education and student affairs. She holds a bachelor’s in social work, a master’s in management information systems from Pace University, and a second master’s in social policy and planning, with a concentration in health, welfare, and urban/rural development, from the London School of Economics. Prior to joining SIT, Cheryl held positions in social work and education. She has collaborated with UNICEF and the WHO on various projects focused on issues including breast-feeding and nutrition, life skills, and parent education. Cheryl has lived or studied abroad in Trinidad, Jamaica, Barbados, Martinique, Bermuda, and the United Kingdom.
