Ethan Jackson

Ethan Jackson, the disability services coordinator, graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Deaf education and special education. After graduating, he served with the Peace Corps as a Deaf education teacher in Kenya. Following his service, he taught in various k-12 roles for public schools throughout the Indianapolis area. He recently graduated with a master’s degree in cross-cultural and international education at Bowling Green State University. While getting his masters, Ethan worked in different capacities for the university; however, 2019 will mark Ethan’s first year employed in higher education. Ethan will be in charge of processing all accommodation requests for undergraduate and graduate students with disabilities as well as providing training for staff regarding disability and best practices.
