SIT TESOL Certificate Trainer
Ron Bradley earned his Master of Arts in Teaching from SIT in 1971. He has taught and trained throughout Asia and North America during a 35-year career that has taken him to more than 35 countries. He has done training in Mexico, Costa Rica, Thailand, Korea, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. He was Project Director on four USAID training programs under the Andean and Central American Peace Scholarship programs for Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia, Ecuador, and Belize as well as the Pakistani Peace Scholarship. He and his wife and SIT Trainer, Ellen Bradley, lived in Japan for four years where Ron taught English and wrote, edited and published home-study courses for Time-Life Educational Systems. He also co-founded and directed three US university intensive English programs and along with his wife, owned and operated their own language and cross-cultural training school in Colorado for eight years. He and his wife currently run their own SIT TESOL Certificate courses in Chicago, Boston, and the San Francisco North Bay Area under their non-profit school, Global TEFL. Besides his professional interests, he plays classical and jazz trumpet semi-professionally.
